Pune, Maharashtra : 12th May 2021: Peak, a Decision Intelligence company, powers great commercial decision-making for the smartest global enterprise companies with its AI software. The business currently has over 40 employees based in Jaipur and will be looking to nearly double that number this year, by recruiting over 35 software engineers across Jaipur and its new Pune office.
Peak’s recent series B funding round accelerated its global expansion plans to meet strong customer demand in India and broaden out its existing skills base. Peak will move from recruiting mainly software engineering roles to hiring from across data science, marketing, customer success, and HR – to have a full commercial hub in India.
Over the last year, Peak has continued to invest in the future of its workspaces in Jaipur and Manchester (UK) – with the Peak team culture front of mind. The spaces provide different environments for different phases of work; like cocoons for periods of deep concentration, and stimuli-filled social co-working spaces that promote collaboration and community. Peak will be replicating this model of the future across Pune and its other global hubs.
Peak has continued to work remotely throughout 2021 and has prioritized both physical and mental health, with a range of wellbeing support tools, such as Headspace and Spill. Both provide on-demand meditation services, counselling support, as well as physical wellbeing.
